  Extremely disappointed. Horrible customer service. I had a dog grooming appointment scheduled for the second Saturday in January. I had a business card confirming it. When I came in, the appointment didn't exist in the groomer's schedule book. In fact there were no visits scheduled for the day, so the groomer wasn't even there. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. When I showed up for that one, I was scheduled but the groomer wasn't there. She apparently had no transportation to get to work. No one bothered to let me know. I was furious. Not only will I never take my dog there again, I won't even shop there again. Very poor service. I would not recommend.
